What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct custom consultative research for leading global innovation and R&D teams on strategic initiatives
- Perform a variety of research tasks, including reviewing patents and analyzing financial and market data
- Author detailed research reports using data from a proprietary database and complementary sources
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from client engagement to delivering presentations
- Contribute to the development of the Cypris Research offering by identifying enhancement opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience as a consultant, research analyst, or business analyst, or advanced academic research experience in a STEM field
- Strong writing capabilities for long-form market research reports across various industries
- Experience with direct client interactions and effective communication skills
- Core consulting skills, including project management, critical thinking, and data analysis
- Familiarity with business intelligence/data analysis tools or methods (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Python, R) is a plus
