Essential Duties - Metrics/analytics project and support leadership: Work independently or collaboratively throughout the research project lifecycle including scoping, resource identification, developing evaluation plans, data collection/preparation, analysis and documentation of results.
- Coordinate and manage stakeholders and provide support and coordinate executive alignment with stakeholder team based on findings
- Lead and work as a research analyst to investigate ministry systems (5 core functions of a successful area), identify options for improving ministry systems, document and bridge the needs of organizational units
- Ensure that process/product and project recommendations align with mission goals
- Pro-actively analyze data to uncover insights that increase ministry impact
- Continuous Quality/Program Improvement: Support research projects and communications of results to business (ministry-Mission) resulting in refined field practices/programs/projects, integrating research and data/statistical feedback into daily work (supervision, goal setting and monitoring, strategic planning).
- Collaboration with mission resources: Partner with technical and non-technical resources across the Mission to leverage their support and integrate our efforts.
- Act as an interface between business (ministry-Mission) units, process stakeholders, technology teams (for collection tools) and support teams

- Participate in the Strategy Support Office, collaborating with Mission Analytics and Project Management Office to identify, evaluate and implement practices that are best for Young Life

Education : - B.S.
- Graduate degree in a research/quantitative field highly preferred
Qualifications for the Job: - 5+ years' experience in an research/analytical consulting role (consulting to external clients and/or internal partners)
- Ability to interface with the mission's executive leadership
- Must represent Young Life in a professional and courteous manner
- Must multi-task assigned projects autonomously to completion
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Competency with Microsoft Office and data analytic software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience in project management preferred
Job Specific Working Conditions: The anticipated salary for this position can range from $59,800-$74,749.50 depending on relevant education and experience.
