Research Analyst to analyze and report on CBN multi-channel fundraising activities.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: - Knowledge of TV programming ratings with experience in market research and analysis
- Experience conducting in-depth donor and campaign research to guide marketing decisions
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office with ability to quickly learn new software applications
- Working knowledge of database querying, knowledge of SQL programming desirable
- Experience creating visually engaging reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Tableau
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Use data-driven insights to support and enhance multi-channel fundraising strategies
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
- Ability to collaborate across teams to deliver clear, impactful marketing analysis
