What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Director of Evaluation in collecting and analyzing data related to PJ Library program goals and initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to track and measure outcomes for various initiatives
- Write and edit survey questions for program participants in 21 countries
- Analyze survey results and provide recommendations to enhance the PJ Library Program
- Build reports summarizing analytics activities for internal stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and at least two years of full-time work experience in Marketing, Research, Analytics, Measurement/Evaluation, or related fields
- Strong written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
- Demonstrated analytical experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Graduate degree preferred
- Experience with survey research and basic statistical analysis programs such as Survey Monkey, SPSS, or Tableau
- Familiarity with qualitative analysis software packages like NVivo
- Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously
