What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Interface with recently elected prosecutors, national organizations, academics, and justice system leaders
- Conduct research and draft briefing papers and informational materials
- Assist with information gathering from prosecutors and subject matter experts
- Help plan and organize in-person and remote gatherings for prosecutive leaders
- Develop and conduct interviews, oversee surveys, and provide support to prosecutive leaders
- Identify and promote learning opportunities and partnerships for prosecutive leaders

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Bachelor's degree required; JD, Master's Degree, or equivalent preferred
- Strong commitment to prosecution and criminal legal system reform
- Understanding of justice and/or policy reform work
- Excellent writing, research, and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with elected prosecutive leaders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- JD, Master's Degree, or equivalent post-graduate degree
- Experience in justice or policy reform work
- Demonstrated commitment to promoting fairness and equity in the justice system
- Previous experience working with elected officials or in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
