What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in regular meetings to identify enhancement needs for the CCWIS solution
- Maintain communication with project managers and project leads
- Report on the status of the CCWIS solution to leadership regarding enhancements and change requests
- Support testing efforts in the Florida CCWIS solution as needed
- Assist in operational change management activities to ensure user adaptation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Florida Safe Families Network (FSFN) and case workflow in FSFN
- Ability to collect, evaluate, and analyze data for operational improvement
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to navigate the Azure DevOps system
- Knowledge of the Florida Child Welfare System

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing
- Familiarity with operational and management analysis practices
- Ability to develop learning solutions and training materials
