      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Recruit participants for research studies
      - Transcribe audio-/video-recorded interviews
      - Conduct qualitative coding of recorded clinical encounters and participant interviews
      - Collaborate closely with the Project Coordinator and Research Assistants
      - Familiarize with the study protocol through in-house training

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends
      - Excellent communication skills
      - Ability to work productively in diverse and collaborative settings
      - Demonstrated dependability and reliability in previous roles
      - Working knowledge of computer programs, especially Microsoft Office and Google Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Some training in Psychology, Public Health, Health Services, or closely related fields
      - Service orientation with a commitment to excellence and professional growth
