What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Procure, interpret, and review public filings to extract relevant data points
- Create the first draft of analysis under full-time staff supervision
- Edit peers' work as necessary to ensure quality
- Communicate and collaborate with analysts to ensure timely delivery of reports
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of executive compensation packages
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong English writing and editing skills
- Computer proficiency and typing skills
- Willingness to commit to a one-month training program
- Ability to work effectively under tight and overlapping deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Genuine interest in corporate law, economics, finance, public policy, and governance
- Strong analytical research skills, with an emphasis on qualitative analysis
- Ability to quickly synthesize new information and apply it to unique scenarios
