What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively participate in data collection, management, and reporting
- Ensure all data is collected and submitted as required by funding agencies
- Participate in grant report writing and Research & Evaluation Division initiatives
- Contribute to internal workgroups and committees that enhance the division's success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in social sciences, mental health, or related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of progressive experience in program evaluation or research
- Possession of a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and willingness to travel locally
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, supervisors, and others
- Proficiency in using personal computers and software for data analysis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in program evaluation or research
- Superior performance on an evaluation or research project
