What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct patient interviews for data collection over the phone and/or in-person, ensuring adherence to standardized procedures
- Develop study procedures, including IRB applications and data collection protocols
- Manage data collection platforms and monitor subject accrual, ensuring data quality and compliance
- Code qualitative data from human subjects interviews and assist in writing publications
- Contribute to grant preparation and planning efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in psychology or a related field
- Minimum of one year of previous research experience
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational and writing skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
