      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Implement simulation models and decision-analytic models to assess cost-effectiveness of healthcare interventions
      - Assist the Principal Investigator with project management, scoping, and tracking progress
      - Conduct literature reviews and basic statistical analyses relevant to health economic evaluations
      - Draft project deliverables, including user guides and technical reports
      - Delegate tasks to junior staff and support non-billable activities as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - PhD or Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or related field
      - Greater than 2 years of relevant work experience or Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience in programming simulation models
      - Strong quantitative skills and solid understanding of basic statistics
      - Practical knowledge of research project implementation and project management experience
      - Competency in written and spoken English

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with modeling/simulation software, particularly Microsoft Excel using VBA
      - Familiarity with other simulation and/or decision-analysis software (e.g., Arena, TreeAge)
      - Strong organization skills and a positive work attitude
