What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement a complex research intervention protocol while maintaining close communication with study investigators
- Schedule and conduct telephone or web-based visits for participant engagement
- Collaborate with participants and the research team to ensure timely intervention visits
- Maintain clear communication with investigators regarding participant issues and study progress
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards related to participant information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in behavioral interventions preferred
- Master’s degree required
- Outstanding communication skills with sensitivity to protected health information
- Ability to function independently while identifying issues requiring physician input
- Proficiency in electronic documentation and web-based intervention delivery
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with marginalized populations
- Fluency in Spanish
