What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement a complex research intervention protocol, ensuring close communication with study investigators
- Schedule and conduct telephone or web-based visits with participants, including evening and weekend communications
- Collaborate with the research team to complete intervention visits in a timely manner
- Maintain clear communication with investigators regarding participant issues and study progress
- Uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to study guidelines and ethical standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in behavioral interventions
- Master's degree required
- Outstanding communication skills, with sensitivity to protected health information
- Ability to function independently while identifying issues that require physician input
- Proficiency in electronic documentation and communication

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred
- Experience working with marginalized populations is a plus
