What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement and deliver a protocolized behavioral program for participants with insomnia via a secure web-based platform
- Schedule and conduct telephone or web-based visits and communications with study participants
- Collaborate with the research team to ensure timely completion of intervention visits
- Maintain clear communication with investigators regarding participant issues and study progress
- Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards in all participant interactions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in behavioral interventions
- Master's degree required
- Outstanding communication skills with sensitivity to protected health information
- Ability to work independently while identifying issues requiring physician input
- Proficient with electronic documentation and communication tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience delivering behavioral interventions in a research setting
- Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred
- A desire to work with marginalized populations and diverse communities
- Familiarity with cognitive behavioral therapy principles
