What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement a complex research intervention protocol independently, ensuring effective communication with study investigators
- Schedule and conduct telephone or web-based visits with study participants, accommodating their needs
- Collaborate with participants and research team to ensure timely completion of intervention visits
- Maintain clear communication with investigators regarding participant issues and study progress
- Uphold strict confidentiality and address any participant concerns with the study Principal Investigator

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in behavioral interventions to administer a research intervention
- Master’s degree required
- Outstanding communication skills, with sensitivity to protected health information
- Ability to function independently while identifying issues that require physician input
- Proficiency in electronic documentation and web-based intervention delivery

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred
- Experience working with marginalized populations is a plus
