What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement a complex research intervention protocol independently, ensuring close communication with study investigators
- Schedule and conduct telephone or web-based visits with study participants, including evening and weekend communications
- Collaborate with participants and the research team to complete intervention visits in a timely manner
- Maintain clear communication with investigators regarding participant issues and study progress
- Uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to research compliance and documentation requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in behavioral interventions
- Master's degree required
- Outstanding communication skills, particularly regarding protected health information and clinical research practices
- Ability to function independently and identify potential issues requiring physician input
- Proficient in electronic documentation and web-based intervention delivery

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with marginalized populations
- Spanish fluency is strongly preferred
