What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and review Research Operations business processes and workflow procedures
- Develop functional requirements and prototypes for system design
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups to ensure system efficiency
- Troubleshoot system issues and submit helpdesk tickets as needed
- Maintain data quality control reports related to grant data

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or relevant field preferred
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a system support analyst or business analyst in a non-profit organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work Pacific Hours for this fully remote opportunity

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in process improvement or change management
- Knowledge of InfoEd, PeopleSoft, and ecrt systems
