      - Prepare and submit Institutional Review Board (IRB) applications, revisions, and amendments
      - Maintain knowledge of regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance standards are met
      - Oversee and maintain the lab calendar to coordinate study timelines and milestones
      - Assist with grant application processes, including document preparation and tracking submission deadlines
      - Collaborate with team members to support smooth execution of study protocols and objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., health sciences, research administration, or similar)
      - Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with research databases or software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with IRB submissions and regulatory processes
      - Prior experience in clinical or academic research settings
