What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate multiple research projects, ensuring timely management of all phases of the research process
- Draft concise issue briefs and prepare PowerPoint presentations for meetings and public engagements
- Serve as the primary liaison between data and research teams, managing agreements and submissions
- Support the Director in managing team communication and responsibilities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Develop and maintain policies for data storage and compliance to ensure data integrity and security

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in managing teams or supporting large team operations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in public health, health policy, or a related field
- Proven experience in health policy with a solid understanding of healthcare data and analysis
- Experience in drafting comprehensive study reports incorporating rigorous methodologies
- Familiarity with user requirements for infrastructure changes in healthcare data management
- Strong collaborative communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
