What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate recruitment efforts and manage randomization and condition allocation
- Oversee assessments and data collection, ensuring quality and adherence to procedures
- Manage participant reimbursement and train/supervise undergraduate research assistants
- Prepare materials and progress reports for regulatory bodies and funding agencies
- Conduct participant contact, consent, and assessments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and find solutions to problems
- Demonstrated multitasking and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of grant responsibilities and understanding of research procedures

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with LGBTQ+ individuals and culturally diverse communities
- Knowledge of clinical services, data collection, and referral policies
- Personal experience or interest in mental health services
- Experience working with individuals living with eating disorders
- Knowledge of eating disorder literature and health disparities
