      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage participant scheduling, staff coordination, and records management for clinical research activities
      - Conduct research assessments with participants via video conference while adhering to established protocols
      - Monitor data collection from research participants to ensure completeness and resolve any data issues
      - Communicate effectively with participants for scheduling, onboarding, and troubleshooting
      - Prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a research setting involving data collection and interaction with research subjects
      - At least 1 year of previous experience working with adult patients experiencing depression or in clinical research treatment studies
      - Strong organizational and research skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
      - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
