      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct specialized data and statistical analysis related to treatment facilities and patient demographics
      - Develop and refine methodologies for data collection, cleaning, and reporting
      - Prepare formal reports and presentations based on research findings
      - Lead initiatives for data collection process improvements and support program databases
      - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address research inquiries and improve data management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Completion of 12 semester or 18 quarter units in a data-driven research-related field, including a course in statistical methods
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent work experience on a year-for-year basis
      - Minimum of one year of data research, collection, analysis, and reporting experience, or three years of progressively responsible quantitative and qualitative data analysis experience
      - Experience performing duties equivalent to Research Data Analyst I, Range C
      - Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel within California for site visits

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience leading requirement gathering sessions and project planning in a complex organization
      - Familiarity with Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL) documents and data management techniques
      - Strong analytical skills and ability to explain technical issues in a non-technical manner
      - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
      - Excellent customer service skills and effective communication abilities
