      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and contribute to quantitative and qualitative research on health policy and health services topics
      - Specify and supervise statistical analyses of large, complex datasets
      - Author technical reports, articles, and contract proposals
      - Manage project budgets and ensure high-quality work products
      - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate with clients regarding project plans and results

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - PhD or PhD candidate in health services research, health economics, health policy, or related field, or a Master's degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience
      - Demonstrated experience or coursework with U.S. health policy research
      - Proficiency in analyzing large datasets using statistical techniques
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
      - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Medicare or Medicaid programs
      - Familiarity with alternative payment models in Medicare
      - Skills in quantitative, financial, actuarial, and statistical analysis
      - Experience using R, Python, SAS, SPSS, and/or Stata for data analysis
      - Project management experience, including task and budget management
