What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Innovate and contribute to AI research by optimizing data collection, annotation, and model training

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Relevant degree in a technical discipline
- Experience working with applied machine learning, including NLP classifiers and few-shot learning
- Excellent programming, debugging, and system design skills
- Strong communication skills for reporting and presenting findings
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, as well as cloud-based data platforms

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional legal knowledge or interest in the legal domain
- Experience with big data technologies such as Spark or Hadoop
- Contributions to publications in leading ML venues
- Previous experience with large-scale data processing systems
- Strong software engineering skills evidenced by contributions to open-source libraries
