What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate as an integral team member on multi-disciplinary research projects
- Provide technical, analytical, and numerical support for research and development
- Design, model, and analyze RF and EOIR imaging systems
- Prepare and deliver reports or presentations of project results to sponsors
- Contribute to the generation of proposals and seek external funding

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ph.D. in electrical engineering or a similar related field
- Experience with physics-based CAD modeling and simulation software (e.g., Ansys HFSS, CST Microwave Studio)
- Experience designing and modeling antenna array systems and optical systems
- Experience implementing mathematical algorithms in software like MATLAB, Python, or Julia
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense security clearance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with phased array radar hardware
- Experience with RF circuit design
- Knowledge in the development and application of radar and/or EO imaging algorithms
- Highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with remote sensing systems and information theory
