What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate as an integral team member on multi-disciplinary research projects
- Provide technical, analytical, and numerical support for ongoing research and development projects
- Design, model, and analyze RF and EOIR imaging systems
- Prepare and deliver reports or presentations of research projects to project sponsors
- Contribute to the generation of proposals and external funding

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ph.D. in electrical engineering or a similar related field
- Experience with physics-based CAD modeling and simulation software (e.g., Ansys HFSS, CST Microwave Studio, Multiphysics)
- Experience designing and modeling antenna array systems
- Experience implementing mathematical algorithms in prototype software such as MATLAB, Python, or Julia
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense security clearance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with phased array radar hardware
- Experience with RF circuit design
- Knowledge and experience with the development and analysis of remote sensing systems
- Highly motivated, self-starter with excellent communication skills
