What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Set up and implement coarse-grained molecular dynamics simulations to study antibody-target binding events
- Parameterize, generate, analyze, and report results while troubleshooting any potential issues
- Document work thoroughly and interface regularly to update project strategies and deliverables
- Communicate and present data effectively to the internal team
- Exhibit strong time management and communication skills while working remotely

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Biochemistry, Structural Biology, Computational Biology, Chemistry, Computational Chemistry, or a related field
- Experience in molecular dynamics, coarse-grained simulations, or equivalent computational chemistry methods is strongly desired
- Comfort with remote management and reporting results to an internal team
- Experience in a programming language is preferred
- Strong time management and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with molecular dynamics and protein dynamics modeling
- Experience in programming languages relevant to computational biology
- Previous experience working remotely or in a team-oriented environment
