What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct desktop-based investigations including record searches, medical canvass, and background checks
- Prepare and dictate detailed investigation reports adhering to strict deadlines
- Attend and testify at hearings as required
- Communicate effectively with clients to strategize appropriate investigative actions
- Utilize various electronic data searches to aid in insurance claim investigations and fraud detection

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
- If required by state, possession of a private investigator's license

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (fluent verbal and written Spanish)
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice or a related field
- Understanding of available public records
- Experience in investigative roles or related fields
- Enrollment in a degree program from a four-year university or equivalent
