What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and provide students with an approved syllabus that aligns with established course objectives
- Organize, prepare, and regularly update all course materials to ensure relevance and clarity
- Utilize appropriate online technologies and software to enhance the learning experience for students
- Set clear expectations for the course, including objectives, assignment dates, and grading criteria
- Provide timely feedback on assessments and ensure consistency in grading practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- MSN and DNP (or PhD in nursing degree) are required
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably at the graduate level
- Active unencumbered RN nursing license (compact/multi-state licensure required)
- Active unencumbered APRN nursing license
- Must be board certified by ANCC or AACN as ACNP, AGACNP, AGPCNP, FNP, or Adult NP

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Online teaching experience highly preferred
- Additional NP certification highly preferred
- Subject matter expertise in the course of instruction
- Exceptional communication, motivational, and instructional skills in a diverse environment
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and online collaboration tools like WebEx/Teams
