What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and provide students with an approved syllabus that aligns with course objectives
- Organize, prepare, and regularly update all course materials
- Utilize appropriate technology for online course delivery and student engagement
- Set clear expectations for the course, including objectives and evaluation criteria
- Grade exams fairly and provide timely feedback to students

What is Required (Qualifications):
- MSN and DNP (or PhD in nursing degree) required
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, preferably at the graduate level
- Active unencumbered RN nursing license (compact/multi-state licensure required)
- Active unencumbered APRN nursing license
- Must be board certified by ANCC or AACN in relevant nurse practitioner specialties

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Online teaching experience highly preferred
- Additional NP certification highly preferred
- Subject matter expertise in the course of instruction
- Excellent communication, motivational, and instructional skills in diverse environments
- Proficient in using MS Office, WebEx/Teams, and internet-based tools
