What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and deliver approved course syllabi that meet established objectives
- Organize, prepare, and regularly update all course materials
- Utilize online technologies and course-related software to enhance student accessibility
- Model effective communication to engage students and improve learning outcomes
- Ensure consistency and fairness in exam preparation, grading, and feedback

What is Required (Qualifications):
- MSN and DNP (or PhD in nursing) required
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, preferably at the graduate level
- Active unencumbered RN nursing license (compact/multi-state licensure required)
- Active unencumbered APRN nursing license
- Subject matter expertise in the course of instruction

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Online teaching experience highly preferred
- Board certification by ANCC or AACN as ACNP, AGACNP, AGPCNP, FNP, or Adult NP (additional NP certification highly preferred)
- Excellent communication, motivational, and instructional skills in a diverse environment
