What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee project activities, including planning, recruitment, compliance with regulatory requirements, and reporting
- Work with team members and community partners to ensure enrollment and engagement goals
- Manage financial aspects of program activities, including budgeting and invoicing
- Contribute to the development of protocols, manuscripts, and related documents
- Oversee participant recruitment, data collection, management, budgets, literature searches, and report writing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization with 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Two or more years of direct research project management experience
- Experience in public health, medical, and health sciences
- Strong operational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One or more years of employee supervision experience
- Familiarity with enrollment, retention, community outreach, regulatory compliance, and data management
- Strong understanding of translational health and medical science research
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with diverse populations and community engagement
