What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare applications for regulatory approval and develop research protocols
- Recruit participants and conduct baseline and follow-up visits
- Maintain databases using Qualtrics or REDCap and assist with data entry
- Track study performance metrics and generate descriptive statistics
- Supervise undergraduate and graduate students involved in the project

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization plus 5 years of relevant professional experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience
- Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position
- Experience in data collection and database management
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
