What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist Principal Investigators and administrators in managing and implementing clinical research projects for the Pancreatic Cancer Center of Excellence
- Serve as the primary contact for industry trials and investigator-initiated trials (IIT)
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations by tracking and preparing study-specific documents
- Supervise and train assigned team members within the Clinical Research Unit
- Facilitate communication between sponsors, sites, and team members to ensure successful project execution

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Health Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research project management, including data collection or management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple tasks

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Health Science or a related field
- Experience in oncology/hematology and knowledge of clinical research trials
- Familiarity with medical terminology and database systems
- Previous experience collaborating with physicians
