      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in documenting and analyzing the history of Wisconsin Latino labor and civil rights organizations
      - Support image cataloging and database development for archival purposes
      - Conduct scanning, integration, and preservation of film negatives
      - Set appointments and assist with interviews as needed
      - Participate in project team meetings and communicate with project staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish
      - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
      - Basic understanding of database management
      - Ability to perform light lifting (up to 5 lbs)
      - Strong communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with transcription of interviews
      - Familiarity with Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) methods
      - Previous involvement in labor or civil rights research projects
