What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as an embedded data analyst for supervision agencies, conducting short-term, targeted analysis projects
- Co-develop analysis plans and manage multiple projects within complex initiatives
- Implement processes to enhance data quality and develop sustainable technology solutions
- Conduct analytical work using case-level criminal justice data and present findings to agency leadership
- Develop impactful data visualizations and translate data into actionable information

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as social science, public policy, or criminal justice
- At least seven years of work experience in research, analysis, criminal justice, or a related field
- Proficiency in data cleaning, preparation, and manipulation, with expertise in data security protocols
- Experience with relational databases and proficiency in at least two programming languages (e.g., R, SAS, SQL, Python)
- Strong oral and written communication skills to present complex data clearly to varied audiences

- Experience working on collaborative, multi-stakeholder projects across criminal justice, human services, and behavioral health sectors
