What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review initial project details and create a recruitment plan for UX research projects
- Manage between 5-8 recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines are met
- Collaborate with clients to understand target audiences and develop participant screeners
- Schedule research sessions and manage participant expectations regarding time investment
- Ensure all necessary documentation, such as non-disclosures and consent forms, are completed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in coordination, scheduling, and managing internal and external resources
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities in a high-volume, client-driven environment
