What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Lead the design and validation of clinical studies, ensuring robust methodologies for data collection and analysis
- Establish and manage partnerships with academic institutions and healthcare organizations for research and innovation
- Contribute to the dissemination of research findings through papers, patents, and presentations at scientific conferences

What is Required (Qualifications):
- PhD in relevant fields such as Psychology, Psychophysiology, Behavioral Sciences, or Digital Health
- Proven track record of leading high-impact publications in health sciences
- Expertise in statistical methods for analyzing complex datasets using Python
- Experience coding in Python, with knowledge of libraries for data analysis
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and work autonomously

- Experience fostering collaborations between industry and academia
- Proven ability to translate scientific discoveries into practical health applications
- Knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements, including FDA and IRB processes
