What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of scientific projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and provide strategic consultation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctorate in a life sciences or social sciences discipline with more than 3 years of relevant experience; previous consulting experience preferred
- Master’s degree in a life sciences or social sciences discipline with more than 5-7 years of relevant experience; previous consulting experience preferred
- In-depth knowledge of qualitative research principles and familiarity with qualitative methods
- Strong communication and scientific writing skills
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead project teams effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Atlas.ti, NVivo, and familiarity with the use of AI for qualitative analysis
- Previous consulting experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines
