What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support cell and molecular biology studies by maintaining lab activities and resources
- Conduct or assist with relevant research experiments as per established protocols

- Communicate clearly and effectively with supervisors and team members

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific field
- No prior experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and good math skills
- Ability to maintain accurate lab records and handle data efficiently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree or equivalent in cell biology, immunology, molecular, or related scientific field
- One or more years of experience in a research laboratory, particularly in cell biology, immunology, and/or cancer research
- Self-motivated and organized individual with a passion for laboratory work and science
- Knowledge of institutional, state, and federal guidelines and policies for laboratory practices
- Familiarity with data analysis software and Adobe Photoshop
