What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement research and project protocols as directed by the Principal Investigator (PI)
- Recruit and maintain communication with research participants
- Collect, organize, and analyze research data as necessary
- Create, update, and maintain research databases while ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Provide administrative and operational support to ongoing research projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a science-related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in research laboratory testing and analysis
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with incarcerated individuals and manage in-state travel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of human subjects' behavioral research
- Experience conducting research with vulnerable populations, particularly those with traumatic stress
- Previous professional experience working with individuals living with mental illness
- Proficiency with online survey software such as REDCap or Qualtrics
