What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute research protocols under the direction of the Principal Investigator (PI)
- Recruit and maintain communication with research participants
- Collect, organize, and analyze research data
- Create and maintain research databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Monitor compliance with ethical standards and institutional regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in research laboratory testing and analysis
- Excellent computer skills, with high proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and sensitively with incarcerated individuals

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of human subjects' behavioral research
- Experience conducting research with vulnerable populations, particularly in the area of traumatic stress
- Previous experience working with individuals living with mental illness in a professional capacity
- Proficiency with online survey software (REDCap, Qualtrics)
