What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and process customer payments, including checks, money orders, and cash receipts
- Manage customer batch files to ensure all balances are posted by the end of the day
- Resolve billing discrepancies and process customer refunds accurately
- Maintain collection files, including credit card payments, chargebacks, and NSF checks
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure the smooth operation of the department

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma plus 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Proficient with Google Docs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills for both internal and external customers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of the travel industry
