What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create exceptional first impressions by connecting with callers and understanding their wants and needs
- Handle sales calls professionally, making and adjusting reservations in the system as needed
- Assist guests with enrollment in the Select Guest program according to call flow guidelines
- Respond to all inquiries professionally and effectively
- Consult with the Help Desk for inquiries that will assist guests and improve the reservation process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated passion for the hotel and resort business
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Intermediate experience with basic computer programs (MS Office, Outlook, etc.)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior call center experience
- Ability to work from home within 50 miles of specific Omni properties or the reservation center in Omaha, NE
