What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create an exceptional first impression of the brand by connecting with callers and uncovering their wants and needs
- Handle sales calls professionally, including making, adjusting, and canceling reservations in the system
- Assist with enrollment in the Select Guest program per call flow guidelines
- Respond professionally and effectively to all customer inquiries
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the reservations process, company policies, and selling strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrate a passion for the hotel and resort business
- Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
- Prior call center experience is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
- Intermediate experience with basic computer programs (MS Office, Outlook, etc.)
- Must have a working PC with specific minimum technical specifications
- Ability to resolve customer inquiries or problems independently
- A private workspace with a door to separate the work area from the rest of the house
