What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create an exceptional first impression of the brand by connecting with callers and addressing their needs
- Handle reservation calls professionally, including making, adjusting, and canceling reservations
- Assist guests with enrollment in the Select Guest program following call flow guidelines
- Respond effectively to all inquiries while maintaining a deep understanding of company policies
- Consult with the Help Desk for inquiries or suggestions to enhance the guest experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have demonstrated passion for the hotel and resort business
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, exercising judgment to meet deadlines
- Prior call center experience is a plus
- Must have a working PC with specified technical requirements and high-speed internet access

- Experience in the hospitality industry
- Familiarity with reservation systems or related software
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Office and Outlook
- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
