What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accurately process room reservations and communicate guest needs to the appropriate departments
- Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue and provide exceptional guest service
- Generate and audit daily reservations reports to ensure accuracy and completion
- Remain knowledgeable about all resort offerings, promotions, and policies
- Handle guest situations professionally and resolve challenges to ensure satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of hotel experience required
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Must be able to type at least 45 words per minute

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience with Hyatt reservation systems (Reserve, Opera) is highly preferred
- Experience in reservations and/or front office operations
