What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide daily care and assistance to residents in an assisted living facility
- Maintain scheduled hours with flexible location assignments based on need

- Ensure compliance with the employer's policies and procedures

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid CNA certification and/or med passer certification when applicable
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must maintain good attendance, including timely arrival
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills required
- Combination of experience and education that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform this job

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a Resident Assistant or CNA in an assisted living or healthcare setting
