- Partnering with residents in the planning, promoting, and coordinating of activities and events in the community.
- Performing preliminary work for monthly calendars.
- Facilitating communication regarding activities among residents and staff.
- Creating flyers for events; writing articles for community bulletins.
- Arranging audio/visual equipment with vendors for presentations.
- Serving as the information center for resident inquiries.
- Gated community with 24/7 security.

- High school diploma (GED) is required. Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years service-related experience (volunteer or public service).
- Experience with senior population preferred.

We are hiring a Community Resources Coordinator to bring their passion for wokring with the elder senior population to our independent living campus. This is an entry level position offering compensation: commensurate with experience starting at $21/ hour.
The CRC is the primary point of contact for our independent living residents and responsible for all resident engagment efforts. In this role, you’ll help guide new residents through the move-in process, educate them on life within their new community, partner in the creation of new social/ interest groups and organizations on campus, facilitate entertainment and events, maintain meeting space calendar, field resident inquiries, etc.
