What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for materials, labor, and equipment according to the client's scope of work
- Conduct meetings with subcontractors to determine timelines, permits needed, and set expectations
- Prepare project bid status reports to ensure compliance with specifications and contract statements of work
- Provide management and support to subcontractors to keep projects moving and ensure timelines are met
- Identify challenges, problems, and client concerns, and provide solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2-5 years of construction management experience
- Thorough knowledge of general construction and estimating
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple jobs in different phases of construction
- Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a drug test

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of local and state building codes and permit requirements
- Ability to read, understand, and organize construction plans and specifications
- Computer literate with basic to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new cloud-based software
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
